Job Title: Communication Specialist

Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training

Hiring Range: $39,000 - $45,000 annually (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Commitment: Two-Year Commitment

Our Benefits Education Team provides enrollment services to employer groups. As a Communication Specialist, you will create and distribute pre-enrollment communication materials for Benefits Education clients in conjunction with Account Coordinators, Sales Representatives, Advisors, and Groups and work with our clients, seek to understand their needs and brand, and execute materials that portray their voice as it relates to their enrollment needs.

What Our Communication Specialists Do:

• Communicate and Support: develop relationships with advisors and group administrators; communicate appropriate expectations to facilitate an excellent customer experience; assist Account Coordinators in determining client needs around employee engagement, education, and communication before and during Open Enrollment process; perform special projects within the team where needed relating to benefits education support
• Create and Facilitate: create pre-enrollment communication strategies for groups including the development of email and text message campaigns, video production, flyers, newsletters, etc.; develop post-enrollment case studies for Sales and Benefits Education teams; facilitate and manage enrollment scheduling software along with necessary reporting

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with InDesign and other Adobe Cloud products is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to meet deadlines while organizing, managing, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously
