Job Title: Benefit Systems Implementation Specialist

Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training

Hiring Range: $42,000 - $48,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Our Benefit Systems Team works with insurance advisors’ employer clients to custom-build benefit administration platforms. As an Implementation Specialist, you will set up online enrollment systems for both new and inforce groups while assisting with setups of other custom web applications as needed.

What Our Implementation Specialists Do:

• Coordinate and Collaborate: Set up new groups in benefit administration systems, entering all pertinent information related to each group; update information for group renewals; coordinate with Account Managers and Group Operations departments throughout processes
• Drive Results: Maintain accuracy goals; release cases within specified timeframes, especially “rush” cases; make case corrections in a timely manner
• Synchronize Databases: Update and maintain internal databases (I:Drive, Monday.com) with real-time, relevant updates as case builds progress
• Engage as Team Player: Serve as the point-person for Account Managers to answer questions related to builds and provide status updates; assist internal Group Operations departments with updating QA and open enrollment changes

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); knowledge of databases, including Adobe
• Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 4-6 months
